  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    PRICING/POLICIES

    Pricing is as follows:
    Adult/Kids Paint Party Class on 16″ x 20″ canvas is:
    • 3 Hour Paint Class – for $25 per person and includes no less than 7 painters.  Each painting class will last up to 3 hours.  If you have a large group, make sure you specify that on the paint party inquiry page.
    • At lease one parent/guardian MUST stay with children during a Kid’s Party. Only those “creating” will be charged.
    • Each attendee will leave the party with the masterpiece they created themselves! Yay!!!!
    Fundraisers: 
    • DPiguesArt strongly believes in supporting our local community. If you are planning on hosting a fun raiser event, we would love to partner with you. We'll do our best to help you reach your goal. Please contact us for options on how DPigues Art Studio can help you reach your goal. 

    EVENT SETUP/BREAKDOWN/SUPPLIES

    • We'll setup (usually about 30 min to 1 hr) prior to painting start time and cleanup (usually about 30 min) after painting instruction completes. Please encourage your guests to arrive on time.  Paint Party classes include plastic table covers, easels, canvases, paint, aprons, cups, and brushes.

    DEPOSITS

    • Deposits start at $50, Every 20 people the deposit will increase an additional $50.
    Example: 
    • ​(0-20) people or less $50
    • (21-40) people $100
    • (41-60) people $150
    • (61-80) people $200
    • (81-100) people $250
    ​Deposits must be paid 14 days prior to your event. 
    • Deposits are required by the host to confirm a reservation. 
    • The deposit will be applied to the balance. 
    •  Parties not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to event date  will result in your deposit being forfeited. 
    • Deposits can be mailed to address listed below, pay in person, or send via paypal (dpiguesart@gmail.com), cash app ($dpiguesart), check, or money order. 

    ORGANIZER/INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT OPTION

    Organizer Collects Group Payment:
    • Each private paint party must have 1 organizer responsible for collecting payment from invited guests and submitting the balance to DP ART Studio in the form of one payment due before your party date at midnight.  For example: If your party is Saturday please have payment in full on Friday by 12am midnight. You can pay with cash, cashiers checks, personal checks by mail. You can pay by phone or online using credit cards, paypal (dpiguesart@gmail.com), or cash app ($dpiguesart). Checks can be made payable to DP Art Studio. If a check is returned, there is a $30 returned check fee. 
    Individuals Pay Via Private Link:
    • We can also establish a private party payment option with a private link, through Paypal or Eventbrite. This will allow the Paint Party Host to send a link with the party e-vite for guests to register & pre-pay for this party in advance. Party Host must request this option at least 1 weeks in advance of party date. Payment Processing fees will apply.

    RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Should you need to reschedule your event, please do so at least 7 days prior to event date, and we will make every effort to meet your needs.
    • A 48hr notice of cancellation is required for paint parties prior to your event date. There will be no refund on event fees if your party is canceled less than 48hrs prior to your event date. 
    • If cancelled on time a refund will be given on your deposit.  Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your deposit refund due to cancellation.
    • Rescheduling will be at the discretion of DP ART STUDIO and is based on availability.

    TRAVEL FEE

    • A travel fee will apply for events outside of Memphis (TN), Cordova (TN), Collierville (TN), Bartlett (TN), Germantown (MS), Southaven (MS),  Horn Lake (MS),  & Olive Branch (MS). Please contact me to make arrangements concerning travel. 

    Food/Beverages

    • We won't provide food & beverages unless requested. There will be an additional fee added upon request. If you prefer to provide your own refreshments, you will be responsible for food/beverages, table cloths, and plastic products, etc. Please allow yourself at least 30 minutes before the party’s scheduled time to set up your refreshments. 

    Privacy Terms & Conditions

    • We will do our very best to respect your privacy.
    • During every paint party we take photos that post to our social media pages and website. We reserve the right to use any of these photos for promotional materials/purposes unless you specifically notify us that you not want your picture taken. If you want to opt out of our photo taking process, you must EMAIL US with the exact time/date/studio of your visit, and then remind us once again when you arrive for your party that we are not to take and post photos of you or your group. If we make a mistake and your picture is posted and you want it removed please email us details at dee@diedriapiguesart.com. We sill remove it if requested. 

    Music

    • We have a bluetooth speaker or you can supply your own music. Please let us know if you will need music during your party. 

    BYOB

    • DPigues Art Studio has no problem with BYOB, but not all events involve alcohol!! If you choose to serve alcohol at your mobile event, DPigues Art Studio can not be held liable for any accident or injury resulting from the consumption of alcohol. This responsibility lies solely upon the party host. Please email dee@diedriapiguesart.com if you have any questions. Please Note: By requesting a mobile paint party, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. 
  • AVAILABILITY

    • For available party day and time, call us at 901-877-8184 or complete inquiry form (here). The earlier the request, the better chance you'll have to book the date you desire for your Paint Party!
    • Parties can be held Monday - Friday starting at 5pm. Saturdays & Sundays any time throughout the day. 
  • VENUES

    • MY VENUE SELECTIONS: We have a limited amount of venues who have graciously agreed for us to bring paint parties to their businesses. Please contact us if you have a large group so we can reach out to our venues who have extra space.  
    • YOUR VENUE SELECTIONS: We can also bring the Paint Party to a venue of your choice (i.e. clubhouse, favorite restaurant, business conference room, or even your home) with ample non-carpeted or covered carpet seating area, instruction area, and lighting. Please choose the venue that best compliments your party theme, i.e. Bachelorette, Birthday, Girls Night Out, Anniversary, Office Party, and so on… 
    •  HOST YOUR PARTY AT YOUR HOME: We'll also come to you! Contact/Call  us for a consultation, i.e. seating, etc., and/or details.
